Welcome to the Strengths1st AI Compass! We're excited to have you here. Before you get started with your Strengths AI buddy, please read through these terms. By using the AI Compass chat, you are agreeing to these terms.
1. The Purpose of AI Compass
AI Compass is an educational and developmental tool designed to help you explore and apply your Strengths using the Strengths1st MAPS method. It is here to act as a thought partner, offering guidance and ideas to help you "do, not think." The service is for entertainment and informational purposes only.
2. No Professional Advice
The AI Compass is an artificial intelligence tool and is not a substitute for a licensed professional. The guidance provided is not intended to be a replacement for advice from a therapist, medical doctor, financial advisor, or any other professional. The AI Compass cannot and does not provide legal, financial, or medical advice. You are solely responsible for all decisions and actions you take based on your use of the AI Compass.
3. Confidentiality and Your Privacy
Your chat conversations with the AI Compass are confidential and are treated with the same level of care and privacy as a one-on-one session with a human coach. Strengths1st will have access to your chat data to improve the service and ensure its quality, but your individual conversations will never be shared with anyone outside of the Strengths1st team.
However, it is crucial that you do not share any confidential or personally identifiable information (PII) with the AI Compass. This includes, but is not limited to, financial details, passwords, legal documents, or private health information. By using the service, you agree to this.
4. Accuracy and Limitations of the AI
The AI Compass is based on an advanced language model, and its outputs may not always be accurate, complete, or up-to-date. The service can provide guidance and suggestions, but it cannot make decisions for you or provide absolute truth. You must use your own judgment to evaluate the output and its applicability to your situation.
5. Your Responsibility
You are responsible for all of your interactions with the AI Compass. You agree to use the service in a lawful and respectful manner. You may not use the AI Compass to generate content that is abusive, defamatory, illegal, or infringes on the rights of others.
6. Termination of Service
Strengths1st reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the AI Compass at any time, for any reason, including if you violate these terms.
